UKUPHINDELA EMSEBENZINI NOMA ESIKOLENI

Ungahle ufune ukuqhubeka nokuncelisa ibele ngenkathi usebenza noma ubuyela esikoleni ngezizathu eziningi: ibele liwungukudla okungcono kakhulu kwengane yakho, livikela ingane ekuguleni futhi liyindlela yokuxhuma kabusha lapho ufika ekhaya.

Inqubo Yemikhuba Emihle eNingizimu Afrika Yokuvikela Izisebenzi phakathi Nokukhulelwa Nangemva Kokuzala Ingane [1] ikunikeza amakhefu okuncelisa okuqinisekisiwe imizuzu engu-30 kabili ngosuku, yokuncelisa noma ukukhama ubisi usuku ngalunye, ezinyangeni eziyisithupha zokuqala zempilo yengane. INDAWO YOKUKHAMA IBELE EMSEBENZINI NOMA ESIKOLENI

IZINGA LOBISI

Shiya okungenani u-30–40 ml wobisi lwakho ihora ngalinye lapho ukude nengane. Kwesinye isikhathi ingane ingadinga ubisi oluningi njengoba ikhula.

UKUGCINA UBISI LWAKHO

Omama abaningi bakhama ubisi emsebenzini namuhla ukuze balishiyele ingane kusasa.

Iziqukathi zengilazi zilungile futhi zingaphinda zisetshenziswe. Ukuziwasha ngensipho namanzi ashisayo yilokho kuphela okudingekayo enganeni ephile ngokuphelele.

Gcina ubisi lwakho lubanda uma ungalusebenzisi emahoreni ambalwa alandelayo.

Uma ugcina ubisi ukuze ulusebenzise kamuva, ungaluxuba ndawonye uma lusezingeni lokushisa elifanayo.

Gcina ubisi ngamaqoqwana amancane angu-60-100 ml ukuze ugweme ukumosha.

IZINSUKU ZOKUQALA ZOKUPHINDELA EMSEBENZINI

Uzoyikhumbula ingane yakho futhi nayo izokukhumbula. Zinike isikhathi sokuyincelisa ekuseni ngaphambi kokuhamba.

Khuluma nomnakekeli wengane ngokushiya ubisi lwakho nokuthi ayondle kanjani ingane (isb., ibhodlela noma inkomishi yepulasitiki).

Woza nesithombe sengane yakho ukuthi sibukeke noma isembatho sayo ozosinukelela lapho ukhama ubisi.

Gqoka ishethi elikukhululayo noma elinezinkinobho ngaphambili ukukwenza kube lula ukukhama ubisi.

Ingane yakho ingancelisa kakhulu ebusuku ukuvala isikhathi esichitha ikude nawe. Omama abaningi bagcina izingane zisondele kubo ebusuku ukuze bathole ukuphumula okwengeziwe. Uma ingane incela kakhulu lapho nindawonye, umzimba wakho uzokwenza ubisi oluningi.

UKUSEBENZISA UBISI LWAKHO

Ezinye izingane ziyakujabulela ukuncela ubisi olubandayo, noma ungalufudumeza ngesiqukathi endishini enamanzi ashisayo. Ungalifudumezi esitofini ngokuqondile noma nge-microwave.

Ubisi olusele lunganikezwa ingane ngokulandelayo.

Uma ubisi beliyiqhwa, ungasaliqandisi futhi lapho sewulincibilikisile, bese ulusebenzisa kungakapheli amahora angu-24.

Ubisi olugcinwe lubanda esikwameni sokuqandisa esineqhwa lingasetshenziswa phakathi namahora angu-24.

Ubisi olugcinwe esiqandisini lingasetshenziswa phakathi nezinsuku ezingu-3–8.

Ubisi olugcinwe ebhokisini leqhwa eliqandisayo lingasetshenziswa phakathi namaviki angu-2.
